  Meg érkezéskor az orosz állampolgároknak be kell mutatniuk az alábbi dokumentumok egyikének eredeti példányát (nem másolatát): érvényes orosz belföldi vagy nemzetközi útlevél vagy vezetői engedély.

  Check-in with a pet is possible, but guests must agree with the accommodation in advance. An additional deposit may be charged for accommodation with an animal.

  Check-in takes place remotely. Guests must contact the property in advance, no later than 09:00 PM, to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

  Check-in after 09:00 PM is possible, but it is necessary to pre-coordinate with the accommodation facility and pay the deposit in advance.

  The deposit will not be refunded if:

  The guests did not wash their dishes — ₽ 500.00;

  We took an additional set of bed linen — ₽ 300.00;

  We took extra towels — ₽ 100 for a large one, ₽ 50 for a small one, even if the guests washed it themselves;

  Guests didn't take out the trash, including the leftovers of their food from the refrigerator — ₽ 300.00;

  Walking around the apartment in dirty shoes — ₽ 1000.00;

  Smoking — ₽ 1000.00;

  Left a mess and dirt in the bathroom — ₽ 1000.00;

  The amount for broken dishes is deducted depending on its value;

  Dirt or stains on furniture — ₽ 1000.00;

  Used condoms or pads were left in a visible place — ₽ 1000.00.

  Check—out time is 12:00, each additional hour after check-out time is charged in the amount of ₽ 300.00, if plans change, guests must be notified of the check-out time in advance, before 11:00. If there is no warning or transfer of payment for the next day before the 12:00 day, the deposit will not be refunded.

  The deposit will be refunded after 18:00 on the day of departure, if the apartment is cleaned on that day, or between 13:00 and 17:00 the next day.
