From October 9, 2025 to December 25, 2025, the entrance doors in rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors of Building 1 of the PAN Inter Hotel will be replaced with doors equipped with electronic locks. The renovation schedule is designed to minimize disruption.

1) persons awarded the titles of Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation or who are full holders of the Order of Glory;
2) persons awarded the titles of Hero of Socialist Labor, Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation or awarded the Order of Labor Glory of three degrees;
3) participants and disabled persons of the Great Patriotic War;
4) persons taking (who took) part in a special military operation, persons performing (who performed) the tasks assigned to them in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and the Kherson region during the period of the special military operation, specified in paragraph 6.1 of Article
210 of the Tax Code;
5) veterans and disabled persons of military operations;
6) persons awarded the badge "Residents of besieged Leningrad", persons awarded the badge "Resident of besieged Sevastopol", persons awarded the badge "Resident of besieged Stalingrad";
7) persons who worked during the Great Patriotic War at air defense facilities, local air defense facilities, in the construction of defensive structures, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear boundaries of active fronts, operational zones of active fleets, on front-line sections of railways and highways, as well as crew members of transport fleet vessels interned at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in the ports of other states;
8) disabled persons of groups 1 and 2, disabled persons from childhood, disabled children.
9) persons registered at the place of residence in the territory of Stavropol Krai;
10) persons under the age of 14.
Upon arrival, guests must present documents confirming the corresponding status of an individual.
